If you have a problem with any product you receive from us, please contact us.

Here’s what you can expect when discussing a return…

If the product has a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for an exchange or refund (including shipping) within 60 days of the purchase date. We may ask that you send the product to us so we can examine it. If we determine that the product is defective, we will compensate you for the return shipping cost.

If we sent you the wrong product and it is in resale condition*, it is eligible for an exchange or refund (including shipping) within 60 days of the purchase date. We may ask that you return the mistakenly sent product to us. If so, we will pay for the return shipping.

If the right product was sent, and it is not defective, and it is in resale condition*, it is eligible for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping) within 60 days of the purchase date. In this case, no shipping charges will be refunded.

*Resale condition means the product is clean, intact, and has not been laundered.
